I got to play with Flash's at the meet and I thought it was pretty good.  :)

Yeah i think it would be good for opening boxes and stuff.Plus it's quite inexpensive so you woud'lnt really cry if you lost it.

I've got one of them.. I like it, but I prefer to use knives with a lock on them.  :angel:

Nez,

Best thing about this is that it is UK Legal.   A big useful knife that only self sharpens when you want it to (you have to push the blade toward the handle in the closed position where you will hear a nice grating sound). It is also one of the few non locking one handed openers I have found, and as for the lack of lock...it just means you have to practise safe knife work.

All in all I have 3 in various locations I rate it that much.

I think this will be handy for cutting the climbing ropes.When i get called out  normally have a Gerber AR3.0 clipped to my belt on a S-biner then hanging down in  my pocket.Swisstool RS,SAK ALOX cadet and some sort of fixed blade normally stays in my Rucksac that stays in the car.Then in the other Rucksac is Gerber MP600.
