[SOLD] Sale to help fix Jeep :(
on: January 27, 2015, 01:21:34 AM
As some of you might have read, the transmission went in my Jeep.  This means that I need to sell a few things that I don't really use to help with the costs.

Tell me if I'm being crazy with the prices.

Buyer to pay for shipping costs, and would prefer to deal with members that have been around awhile.

I can only accept PayPal.

Please post here if interested, and we can work out details via PM.

1) $60.00  Texas Tool Crafters Redemption Red Skeletool.  Carried a few times, used very little.

Not rust, just flakes of the red coating.

2) $30  BO Supertool 200.  This has been carried and used, but has not been used hard.  All tools and blades are in good shape.

3) $15  Wenger Evogrip 10.  This has been carried and used, and has a few small chips on the blade.  It shouldn't be too hard to sharpen them out though.  I've been told that it isn't common to have "www.wenger.ch" engraved on the logo scale.

4) $65  97 Soldier with scissors.  This has been carried and used, but only used gently.  The blade has scratches as seen in the pics, but are not that visible in hand.  The scissors were added to it by Syph007.

4) $25  Orange Cadet.  Carried and used, but only a couple of times, and only to cut tape.

If the skeletool hasn't been claimed I'll take it.

Since, I believe, I was the one to tell you about the logo, I would gladly take the knife, if still available.

It looks like everything might be spoken for, but I'm checking on my phone, and haven't had a coffee yet, so I could be wrong.

I have no work today (snow day), so I can't get everything boxed to estimate shipping costs. I will try and figure some out today if I can though.

ST200 is sold
Skeletool is sold
Soldier is sold pending shipping charges
Evogrip is sold pending shipping charges
Orange Cadet is sold pending shipping charges

A huge thank you to everyone!  It sucks that I have to sell some of my prized possessions, but that's life sometimes.  At least I know they are going to good homes here!  :)

I'll try and let the folks know either tomorrow, or Thursday what the shipping charges are.

Sorry I missed your question.   I'm planning on buying a Parts Jeep that had the engine go in it, but the trans has been rebuilt.  I'm going to try and do the swap myself as I was told it would be a 14 hour job.

I can't think of anything I want to do for 14 hours.  :P

Good luck buddy.  I don't know much about swapping transmissions, but if you need a hand let me know and I'll be there.
