About a month ago, I was at a friends house when the fan motor on his AC unit went out. He had just moved in, and didn't have everything unpacked, but I had my Wave, and with just it alone, pulled the motor out, and we got a new one and replaced it with the Wave alone, and he is still cool today because of it. Later that day, I heard an awful noise, which was the sound of a dog yelping. I went to the woods to find the neighbors collie caught in a briar patch in the woods behind our house.  I quick deployed the Wave, and within about 10 minutes she was free, and I had to use the pliers to dig som thorns out of her and out of my hand. Last weekend, I went to a friends house to get our hunting trails and shooting lanes ready for deer season. Coming back we heard an awful noise, and we got to the back yard and there was a small deer tangled in his electric fence. He quick ran and killed the power, and the wave came out and cut the fence, and she was free in a matter of minutes.

Its endless possibilities as to what a man and his Leatherman can do. I am sure I will have more to add later, but thats all I can think of now.

I almost always have a tool of some kind with me, although it's not always a Leatherman.  Still, whenever it comes in handy, and a job gets done because I had the foresight to bring it along, I always comment on how great it was that I had my tool with me! :D

Unfortunately, I can't think of any particular stories off the top of my head, but if I come up with something I'll be sure to let you know! :D

We had a pretty rough line of severe storms move through yesterday while I was at work. When I got home, I found a bunch of downed branches and some that hadn't funny snapped off. Since the power was out, I used the saw on the Wave and it never missed a lick!! I had all the branches removed in 20 minutes, and they are sitting in a pile now to be burned this weekend.
