I know I also read "The Dangerous Book for Boys" which is a classic. As well as pretty much every tutorial fishing book I could find. For anyone interested in bass fishing I Highly highly HIGHLY recommend Homer Circles "Bass Wisdom" Great book and more details then you'll ever want to know about bass.

"The Old Man and the Boy", by Robert Ruark. http://www.amazon.com/Old-Man-Boy-Robert-Ruark/dp/080502669X/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1423099495&sr=1-1&keywords=old+man+and+the+boy
Robinson Crusoe? Call of the Unknown (a French book by Robert Vergnes - my favourite adventure book ever)? It's a semi-real story about a guy who goes to Panama jungles to rob graves, than scales down an active volcano, than explores all sorts of hidden caves and temples and in the end gets stranded on an island for 2 years, while hunting for treasure...
Only book about fishing I ever read, is Hemingsways The Old Man and The Sea. I loved it, but its probably not what your looking forSent from a device made from star dust using tapatalk
