Please stop chasing Bigfoot!

I want to be a fan, I really do, but I neither care about the existence of fictional monsters or what Pygmies do to get high. Please stick to what you do best.

Just sayin....

YES.

I love his philosophy of surviving.

And his newest shows are just all crap.

Agreed. I hate that he is doing the bigfoot thing. I wish he would just go back to his roots and do a proper survival show.

I'm not a critic, but the Ferber knives have really gone downhill since they were made in the USA, don't you think?

I think this is total BS, don't get me wrong I think Bigfoot is cool and Stroud's shows are great, but, they just don't go together! I haven't watched this weeks show yet, but last weeks I just fast forward through it.. He needs to go back to his other shows!!

Some are still made in the USA.  It's easy to tell the difference, the USA made ones have a higher price tag.

That having been said, some of the non US made tools are actually quite good as well- the Diesel and Octane for example are just as well put together as the MP600 and MP400 series.

Honestly, you can get high quality tools and knives out of China, the issue is that no one wants to pay for them.  Spyderco has proven this, as have a few other brands.  The issue is that companies go to China to get things cheap, and when they go down that road they get into the mindset that cheap is good, cheaper is better and cheapest is best, and the result is crappy products that sell like crazy in blister packs on end caps at Home Depot.

I'm with y'all, Les is great but this bigfoot stuff should be taken behind the shed and get dealt with Old Yeller style

I seem to remember him saying as much a few years ago: the way he was doing his survival show were just too tough for a man who isn't exactly in the first flush of youth.
