Spirit handled just fine!

Learning new skills, INSTANT POT, cooking!

Wednesday prepared a meal I have not enjoyed in over 4 years.  Wife normally used a pressure cooker, but, for me, I was planning to try a slow cooker, but I had more ingredients that space.   Pulled the INSTANT POT out of the carton, and figured out controls and wa la!!!

Comfort food just as my wife made;  new Potatoes, green beans, and a pound of bacon!   One pot meal, yum, yum!
Two servings, later, plus left overs to enjoy 🥹

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!
