I am impressed. Would not have lasted that long myself. Good way to test it out though.  :hatsoff:

Day 120:
Over 240 days with a Spyderco in my pocket is over. It has been a very positive experience, and it will be strange not to carry a Spydie tomorrow.

Some of you guys have asked me wich one I like the most?  And I will tell you that after a quick summary. ;)

The Ambitious:
Pros:
-Nice price
-well built
-sturdy construction
-easy to sharpen
-strong pocket clip

Cons:
-a bit heavy for its size
- the pocket clip needed to loosen up a bit.

All in all a great knife. Especially considering its price.

The G10 Dragonfly:
Pros:
-very well made
-great fit and finish
-easy to sharpen
-very good corrotion restsistance
-very pocket friendly

Cons:
-expencive

A great EDC knife, but expencive.

At the start of this challenge I wanted to find out if a expencive folder with more exotic steel is better than a cheaper one with less exotic steel.
In the case of theese two Spydercos, the answer to that is Yes.
While the Ambi is well made, the G10 Dragonfly is even better made.
Ambi is built like a tank, while the Dragonfly is more balanced, with better details.
The Ambi takes a great edge, but the Dragonflys VG10 blade is just a little bit better and is more corrotion resistant.

The G10 Dragonfly is more than twice as expencive as the Ambitious, but is it more than twice as good?
In my opinion, No, its not.

Conclusion:
If you want a beater that will take anything head on, without worrying about braking it or the bank. Get the Ambitious.

If you are looking for a great looking, fine tuned, slim tool, that will slice throug anything like a laser, and dont mind paying the price to get it. Go for the G10 Dragonfly.

Wich one do I like the best? I have to say the G10 Dragonfly. Once you have tried it, its hard to go back :D

Also I would like to give a huge thanks to Zoidberg for insisting that I should borrow his G10 Dragonfly for this challenge. I would also like thank him for letting me buy it from him, I dont think I would have been able to send it back. :D  :salute:
