Yeah, straights are kinda fun for a few minutes when you can open her up and hit 160 mph or more. But that get boring quick and you hope there isn't any fuzz around. Twisties is where it at.
Still, looks like it was a beautiful ride.

Thats a collectors dream over here!!!!!
Had a Gs1000g years ago. Rebuild it from a box of parts and a rolling frame.
Slow compared to the new bikes. But always reliable and started every time. Was a shaft drive. So couldn't tinker with ratios.
Nice bike.

Mine moves pretty quick, but nowhere near as fast as the new ones. I think I am gonna put a taller sprocket on it when it comes time to do the chain again.

Indeed the straights are good for cobweb removal, getting caught here doing 160mph will get you in some serious trouble, if they can catch you. The other problem with the straights is that they just wreck a rear tire. After out trip to the Centre of Oz I replaced both front and rear, the rear was so flattened in the middle that the tire stood upright by itself. The two days before I change it, we had around 1,000km to ride in rain and mud through the twisties, it was hair raising to say the least. It did however made me appreciate new rubber so much more!!!

I can jump on the bike tomorrow and do it all over again!!!

Pete

The Goldwing was hauling tail man.  The bike behind was also scooting.  I love hearing pipe scraping or was it knees  :D

Awesome video.

Has anyone seen the new Indians?  Good lord they're gorgeous.

Yes. Seen them but my all time favourite is still the 1920 powerplus.
