I have a serrated Pacific Salt incoming to cover for days spent fishing or on the beach. Living in the big city so not many of those during winter but come on summer! Part of the inspiration to get one came from the Captn

Just got these in today, they will be carried regularly. These and a Spartan for $18 shipped on eBay, the 8700 is brand new, the Spartan is decent, the Gerber has been used, but the serrations are still fresh, so not too much. Never had knives like these, I like them. The Kershaw is shaving sharp, and is an amazing little knife. Solid lockup, great ergonomics, just wish it opened a touch easier. As for the evo, I've wanted one for a minute, but didn't want to spend the money in case I didn't like it. I guess $6 is the right price Pretty pleased!
Yeah, haven't got a torx set, you'd think I would by now..

Very nice, captain! I should work on getting some more myself. It turns out the good old century-old tool is the most useful for me.
