Powernoodle's EDC

This setup changes almost daily, but it almost always covers the four basic food groups:  gun, light, MT/SAK and Sharpie.  Other items come and go, but I always have some variation of this with me.  When I'm not doing the Surge Challenge, I'll add small SAK to the lineup, primarily for the pen and precise scissors.

Glock 43 in Uncle Mike's pocket holster, Quark 17670 light, Leatherman Surge, and mini Sharpie.  The light rides in a belt holster.  Everything else is in a pocket.   My standard 5.11 Taclite Pro pants have a vertical pocket that works nicely with the Surge and makes it easy to carry.  I've been carrying some variation of this for 25 years.

How's the 43? I have heard mixed reviews.

I started off as a "Glock guy", so I'm biased.  But it goes bang consistently and is easy to pocket carry.  Like all Glocks, it easy to field strip and detail strip.  No complaints.  Its only 6+1, but that's about all I can comfortably fit in my pocket.

Good to hear.  :tu: Reliability is all I really care about.
