Im in. I havent carried my CT34 ever, so this will be a fun way to test it.

Also, as for qualification, I estimate my CT34 is 6.5 layers wide (Cybertool layer=2, pliers=1.5, + scissors, blade and openers =6.5). Maybe open up registration to all SAKs 6.5 layers and up? This seems like a good catchall, since this is clearly a challenge about the extra wide SAKS.

It's going to be a good challenge this as the first week in feb I'm lambing an a friends farm and usually like to have a locking blade on me too , but I'm sure my sc can cope.

Locking blade overrated , I use leatherman squirts challenge in September whole month , cut everything.. hahahah , im sure SAK swisschamp is easy task .

I am so dense - just to state so I understand - you, that is ME posts a pix of one of the units in this challenge, for everyday for 29 days. ON this site, like here? Or start a thread? Is this like the merit badge thing where you post to the badge site for the badge? At work? Just a photo of the unit? Or what?

Just too new to this type of thing to understand the whole thing -- but if I understand it will try!

AJ:  I was totally confused as well before I started the December Surge Challenge.  Here is the deal:

1 - state in this thread your intent to participate
2 - On Feb 1, you start a new thread on MTO and post in that thread at least one pic per day for the duration of the challenge
3 - you can post pics in this thread too, but its optional

I am so dense - just to state so I understand - you, that is ME posts a pix of one of the units in this challenge, for everyday for 29 days. ON this site, like here? Or start a thread? Is this like the merit badge thing where you post to the badge site for the badge? At work? Just a photo of the unit? Or what?

Just too new to this type of thing to understand the whole thing -- but if I understand it will try!

I am with you Aerojet. Not clear where to post the pics. I have both Swisschamp and Cybertool, have to decide which one to participate with. My current EDC is a Champion, so it wont be a big change.
