I will be glad to see the back of February. My wife broke her leg a couple of weeks ago, and I've just dropped the dog off at hospital for tests. I have spent all my wages before tomorrows payday!

Cheers Steve  :salute: Just heard from the hospital that it's a stomach infection of some sort - we think she ate something iffy out on a walk a couple of days ago. She also had a mystery wound on her back that was causing her some discomfort and was infected. Sounds like she's doing ok atm but they're keeping her in overnight.

Silver lining is I will (fingers crossed) get a full nights sleep for the first time in over a fortnight. Might even go to bed early!

ladies and gentlemen, this challenge is in the home stretch
Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

Still enjoying the Alox every day. Most daily use is bottle caps and the occasional screw that needed tightening.
I have also opened a can or two and scraped a few things with the awl.

She'll probably be in hospital another night as her temperature isn't coming down as quickly as they'd like. Good news is she didn't eat anything causing an obstruction, bad news is they don't know what the infection is. They are doing some more blood tests and hopefully I'll know more later.

Cheers for asking  :salute:
