SAK Daypacker $2.98/ea at BJ's

I visited the BJ's in my area and found a bunch of SAK Daypackers marked down at $2.98/ea. I managed to get 5 in 5 colors: green, purple, pink, yellow, and blue. Unpacked the yellow one, and first thing it slided was my finger by my own carelessnees. The blade is razor sharp with an interesting clip point. Anyway, obviously a steal. Run to your BJ's, you may be lucky. I am considering to go back and clear out the shelf there because of this price.

It's a warehouse club whose abbreviated name is a little unfortunate. Once in a while, you get some crazy price there. Last week, I was extremely tempted to buy a Canon T5i with 2 lenses as a floor model for $330 there. Price and service are not as good as Costco, but when it comes to clearance, BJ's prices can be pretty nut (pun intended).

All we have is a Sam's Club here, not a BJ's or Costco, of which the nearest Costco is about two hours away.  At around $3 a piece, I'd clear the store out, or at least buy half a dozen or so to keep in various places such as all my coats, the cars, the ATV, tractor toolbox, and more.

I was thinking the same. I would probably buy at least 10, maybe 20.

So with subtle encouragement from you enablers, I went back and bought remaining Day packers. Found under the sale sticker that the original price was $9.99, so they just cut 70% off in one swoop. I have 13 pinks, 7 yellows, 2 purples, 1 green and 1 blue in total for $75.81 (6%PA tax). Out of 7 colors available, I think the yellow is the best for its fresh lemon shade. Will share pic of the haul when I get on a PC. Surface RT sucks, can't resize photo.

Good deal.  Great gifts to encourage the sickness hobby of friends and coworkers.  Nice to stuff some in places so you'll always have a back up blade JIC.
