Cabella's Leatherman Charge XTi in realtree

Ordered one a few days ago. Needed another Charge for work since I sold the ALX to one of my buddies when I needed the money.

So, I saw that the Cabella's Charge XTi was on sale for $79.-something and I had to have it. Its on clearance because they dont make it anymore I guess.

I think it was a good deal. Should be here by Friday sometime.

Is it Realtree getpower - or Seclusion 3D?

Cabela's do sell a TTi with Realtree, but the $79 one is their own camo pattern. I got one a couple of months back and I love it:

You are 100% correct. Cabela's uses Seclusion 3D while Bass Pro uses RealTree! So, my Xti is Selcusion 3D! I guess I got mixed up! Thanks for clarifying everything!

No I was genuinely curious.

I have my eye on a Realtree TTi - but can't stretch to it a the moment. I might get the Ti in Seclusion camo though - they are gorgeous :D

I used to come here a lot.

Question: Does anyone have a camoflage Leatherman (any model) that they actually use hard? (mine are pretty much shelf queens) :P ::)

I'm wondering how well that painted finish holds up under real usage?

WOW :o  I just looked in my Cabella catalog and the same thing is $129 there!!

I had also heard that the paint and BO on these don't last very long, but they are still very good tools. Guess it is just like a blued shotgun barrel, take care of it, and it will last.

Are you looking at the TTi for $129??  Because I think the camo XTi is still on clearance for $79

I guess it has to be seclusion then. Dont really know the camoflauge colors, just know that for the top of the line Charge from a few years ago that it was a screaming deal.

I will use mine. Im a tugboat mechanic and just needed something smaller than my Core. I think Ill carry it with the pocket clip in my pocket instead of on my belt as we wear coveralls at work.
