I went to BJ's today for some deli meat, little did I know, I would bring home a packable jacket as well. So, the thing cost me $19.98 vs the MSRP of $195. BJ's might have had these at $40 at beginning of the season. Amazon is having these at $40+ with mixed reviews, mostly positive. My BJ's have only 3 colors: black, orange, and an earthly green-ish brown (not sure what to call it).
Neat jacket, very light weight. It packs itself within its left-side pocket into a 9.5" x 7" x 3.5" pillow. Nice item for light backpacking or just keep in the car. Mine will be in my car.
BJ's also have other bulky jackets at about $20-$30. This one caught my attention for its color (the "earthly"), light weight and good fit. Didn't I say it would pack itself into its own shell?
