Triumph Cyclone mountain bike?

Anyone know anything about these?  I see a neighbor has one out in their yard for sale and I'm thinking of having a closer look.

Regular mountain bike.  18 speeds, no suspension.

The price is right- it's free.

Front and rear derailleurs function.  I didn't check the brakes.  I'll leave it for a bit and see if anyone else wants it.  If not I'll grab it.  I don't want to seem greedy, plus I kind of wanted a bike with suspension.
