I will second an Eton. I have one and really like it.
I got out my Eton FR-250, cranked it up, and am listening to the Bob and Tom show. There is something strangely satisfying about using "free" electricity.
I have an Eton FR-400. It also takes 3 AA batteries. I bought it because it is weather resistant. It hasn't failed me yet. Yes, Grundig bought out the Eton name. My Eton is basically a Grundig FR-400.
