I'm almost certain 111mm linerlocks have aluminium liners and just the linerlock serving as a liner.

I remember reading somewhere on MTO that Wenger Rangers had steel liners. I can't find the thread right now but judging by the looks of it my WRanger probably has aluminium liners as well.

Can someone shed some light, please?

My Ranger has two steel liners (one on each side of the blade) and one in aluminium. I'm seriously considering going through the trouble of making the last liner in steel too.

Yes, Ti is always the answer! :D Sadly it's out of my budget right now  :cry: (and I lack the tools to do it).
