Best blade for food prep.

Wgat do you people think the best blade for food prep is?I think a 111mm SAK is pretty good. :)

Folding filet knife would work, but not so great for chopping. Maybe a Folding Santoku Chefs Knife.

I have a Vic Soldier I keep in the kitchen and it works fine for most things.

I say a Mora too. SAKs are great but for food prep I don't know, way harder to clean and sterilize than
a dedicated blade.

yeah soak n rinse but if your doing something like chicken or any meat (fish) or something
sticky your gonna be cleaning awhile and I'd rather be eating!

Ha, cleaning.  Who needs that.  I ve lived through food poisioning several times and I cant think of anything I'd rather do. :)  I am just joking.

I use a 108mm Victorinox Solo for food prep regularly.  I like the serrations on the OHT for many food prep duties also.

I'll second the 108mm Solo and for 2nd place the Pioneer Solo, not as long but easy to sterilise.
