Ya for sure you woudl want to epoxy and clamp so you did it the right way.  I would like to see a pic of the inside.  Did he pocket out as much material as possible to keep weight down.  Weight is the big down side with brass or copper scales.

Thats the main reason I tell people I only do brass / copper on 58mm size.  On 91/93 I think it would be better to only do a thin skin over a Ti body, to have the look but not the weight.
