What's this talk of bandages?  We always just wrap it in electrical or duct tape and keep on trucking.

If you wrap enough duct tape, it's like armor.

Come to think of it, would wrapping it in duct tape count as a repair for a merit badge?

Whoa lol that is an appetite opening idea!
And using duct tape for wounds sound sexy  :D :D

Poncho65

6th day in a weird country after a weird night...

So if you decide to craft your own wallet and find instructions online, your beloved Wave gives you a hand.

Actually I am using the desktop version already, guess I just wasn't brave enough to try out the mobile  :D

@Poncho65 Thank you for the support! And yup, it is! I sometimes wonwer how a mix of a Rebar and Wave would look (and work) like... I love the replacable hardwire cutters on the Rebar and the interchangable bits on the Wave.

Photo numero 7!

Whenever you crave for a fresh tomato and a paprika (huh?) while watching the awesome Danish TV show called Bron Broen, the Wave cuts in! (pun intended)   :multi:

There are several members on here that have made those mods in both the Wave and Rebar  Check out The Hacked Leatherman Club in the Leatherman sub forum and the Mod Squad sub forum and you will find plenty done to both of those chasis's :D

Hey thank you for letting me know!

And here's the 8th photo below. I ran into the apartment, grabbed my Wave and ran to the broken balcony door hinge (had to use the Wave before midnight, so it is a legitimate 8th day photo :D). I removed the four screws and am gonna install the new part tomorrow in the morning. Sorry about the photo quality and angle, it was a weird position.

Yep. E-tape is what I'll grab if a bandaid isn't right next to me. Because e tape is always in my tool bag. Works like a champ, and makes you look +1 cooler than you normally are  8)

LOL In fact, I do own a sheath, too. But. come on, the package becomes too bulky, then. You add the bit set to the set and the whole thing weighs like a dumbel :(

10th photo!
If you are silly enough to upcycle old candles to new and colourful ones -and spend hours to clean the wax residue from kitchenware in the process-, you are going to need the help of the Wave's scissors to cut away the excess wick!

Whoa can't believe there is something (anything!) one can do with a MT every single day.
So it's the 11th day today, the morning of a sleepless night that has been lost to mosquitos who have been attacking mercilessly and as stealthy as possible...

The white thing you see in the photo is -believe it or not- the lid of a porcelain jar. Impressive design, looks and feels old. My gf's mom is said to have bought these (3 small and 2 large ones) at least 20 years ago. I love the look and design but they sure are heavy, bulky and most importantly NOT TRANSLUCENT.  :td: I mean, come on, you're a jar for God's sake, you HAVE TO BE translucent...

 :b2t:
There was a rusty wiring under the screw on the lid, so I had to use my Wave to remove it. :tu:

Thank you for the motivation!  8)

Here comes photo #12. You go to your gf's mom's place. After dinner they serve you peaches BUT the fruit knives on the table are all dull. What to do? You definitely don't wanna squash and squeeze that juicy peach with that dull blade and look as if you just came out of a peach juice shower. You grin evilly, get your Wave out of your pocket and give that peach what it deserves!  :climber:

Day 13.

Well, do not let the image fool you, you see a failed attempt of a Wave's poorly placed (or designed) bottle opener here. The opener was not able to come close enough to the cap, the tip of the handle was in the way. That's why I had to open to tool completely (as always...) to open up the bottle. So, this is a disappointed Wave action...

Day 14.
Well, it is annoying when the thread in your seat pants (you know, the one that acts like a belt?) gets lose and you need to insert it again with the help of a safety pin. It is even more annoying if the tip of the safety pin is rusty and cannot penetrate the thread. That is when you hear your multitool scream "Have no fear, Wave is here!" :) You remove the rust with the diamond file and the pin is shiny like new and functional!  :tu:   :multi:

Day 15.

Yeah... Sometimes when you wake up you wanna make some herbal tea for the person you love; with cinnamon, black tea and some other spices. Then, just like an elephant walking around in a glassware store, you accidentally hit that awesome and new Ikea french press and break it. That is the moment you pick up your multitool in order to salvage the remanining not broken parts to look cool, hoping this pitiful act is gonna make you win her heart again...
