It is normal. Use it regularly and it will be fine very soon. Same to the bit extender when new.
Going to pick one up myself this friday, second hand.The dude sells it together with his modified rebar for the retail price of just the bit adapter...So the rebar is just a nice extra.It's writen somewhere that it fits on the inline philips on SAK'S and on the full size swisstool.Can anyone confirm?

You can also put the vic mini screwdriver (that stows on the corkscrew normally) in them as well to make them easier to use. Can't remember who first said it on here, but it's useful to know.Here it is fitted in my adapter(Image removed from quote.)
