A lil Help Please :) Spartan - German Military Unit Logo?

Hey guys need a little help ....... Please n' Thanks in advance!  :cheers:

Just got this one in...... Any info or correct translation requested, Please. :tu:

FUHRUNGSSCHULE EINHEIT
when I put this in a German to English translator I get this = GUIDE GUIDE UNIT
( is it a Military Guide Unit? ) (is it even a Military unit?) (links to any info/pics appreciated)
I Google searched for this Group/name/words , but all is in German, and well I don't know how to translate it, to see if there is any info actually...lololol :facepalm:

I think this knife refers to the Zentralschule, the Swiss military academy for the training of their junior officers (I think mainly lieutenants and captains)

I found the same logo as Glen did, and some more pretty much like it. They're Swiss, not German, and indicate various departments of the Swiss military schooling system, including the Military Academy.

I didn't research it any further but was certain it wasn't a German school as I lived there for three years with NATO forces. I'd have bet it wasn't Austrian. Just did a little searching and it's Swiss (as I'd suspected).

The Führungsschule Einheit is the Swiss company grade officer command school for lieutenants and captains to prepare them for platoon leadership and company command. The school probably has two tiers, one for new lieutenants (platoon leadership) and the other for senior lieutenants and junior captains (company command). In terms of U.S. Army it would be the equivalent of the branch specific Basic Course for newly commissioned 2nd lieutenants to prepare them for platoon leadership and the Advanced Course for senior 1st lieutenants and junior captains to prepare them for company command.
