Juice S2 failed backspring - warranty?

Juice S2 failed backspring - warranty?

I've got a Juice S2 original pattern here. Opening it today one of the backsprings snapped, which means the large screwdriver blade now rotates freely :facepalm:
I don't have any original proof of purchase or box or other packaging, will Leatherman fix or swap it?
I'm in the UK - anybody know the best method of contacting Leatherman?

Its not 25 years old and doesnt seem abused. Contact your local dealer for sure.

You shouldn't have any trouble getting that either fixed or repaired BB :cheers: I would email Whitby's (UK LM dealer still I think :think: ) Just to see what they say about it :cheers:

I had a CS4 with the same problem and and no receipt or proof of purchase, they replaced it no questions.

So far, all the problems I had with Leathermans were solved quickly and without any issues. I first mailed Leatherman USA, they put me in contact with their representative in Spain (the closest to me) and they sorted everything out.

I've sent it in to Whitby's (UK Leatherman Importer) with a warranty form and we'll see what happens now. I guess I'll end up with a new Juice S2, which is OK, but I prefer the design of these older S2's and this red one is quite rare I think.
