91mm Tool Swap?
on: November 20, 2016, 01:36:53 PM
I'm in the process of planning my first 91mm mod ... Can anyone tell me if I can just swap the Can Opener and Cap Lifter with each other?

Thanks

Frank

On a 91mm? Ive never seen it, but I dont think you can without messing up the retention of the tools.

What kind of mod were you thinking of?

I've always thought that on multi-layered 91 mm's that the large blade should be at the front so as to be nearest whatever you are cutting.
Consequently if you put the tin opener/cap lifter to the other side you would have the same problem with the  tin opener being too far away  from the tin.

Now if they could have been swapped about then problem solved ...

Thanks for your answers, saved me a lot of grief
