It doesn't look familiar to me, but then I am hardly that knowledgeable about Multi Tasker knives.

I have one of them and a carbon fiber one. They are actually a rebranded Boker blade that's they advertise as being non magnetic.

It's pretty rare, Shane didn't have a lot of them made from what I understand.

Yes. I think it was meant as a limited run Christmas gift if I can recall the conversation with Multitasker LLC. There weren't many made. The pivot is the same as found in the version 2.1 Multitasker AR tool.
