So the mystery 111mm finally arrived. It's big, it's filthy, but under the grime it's in great condition. Actually I think it's just a few months old; nothing is worn, everything snaps beautifully, and the blade, despite appearances, is almost factory sharp (There's glue or some crap on the end, giving it a knackered appearance. I'll clean it up...)I got pliers and scissors...No file, so I guess it's a Hercules. Awesome!(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)

AWESOME! I had an Atlas until I saw a Hercules for cheap, bought it and sold the Atlas...not as good of a deal as what you got though!

I had an Atlas until I saw a Hercules for cheap, bought it and sold the Atlas...not as good of a deal as what you got though!I now have the same dilemma - what to do with the Atlas. They are both big and chunky so I might as well go with the one with the scissors....BTW now that it's clean the Hercules really looks like new. It's a mystery why the seller didn't clean it up a bit and open the blades - she would have got a few more Euros for sure.
A few years ago I got a vic rescue tool, but one of the scales was slightly raised, so I attempted to put superglue under it, anyway, it ended up perma gluing the toothpick inside the tool, now I just keep it unholstered in my car. so I took the rescue tool holster and repurposed it as hercules holster, it fits really good, think you can buy one on amazon for about $12
I had this Gerber pouch sitting around left over from a broken pliers MT, fits the Hercules great!. Actually a pretty decent pouch. It'll fit in any orientation.
