So, I've got the opportunity to buy a Sideclip (which is long discontinued) for around €20 excl shipping.

Question 1: is it worth it?
Question 2: I always feel like non-locking tools and blades make it impossible to turn a stuborn screw because those just snap closed under pressure. Is there something that I'm seeing wrong? I only have locking multitools so far. Or is there a spring mechanism like on a SAK?    ok, that were 3 questions...

Get it! Perfect companion tool for a Swiss knife. It's not a super heavy duty tool, it's a pocket tool for when you don't need a super heavy duty tool ;)

The good thing is that if you have closed the tool back after getting a driver out is that it can't close on your finger as the handle is in the way but as long as it is being turned without having to use to much pressure and torque then it usually won't close on you :tu:

Best to always treat all tools and blades that can close like non-locking ones that way if the lock fails (and they can ;) ) you never put yourself in harms way, well not as bad anyways :D
