This one passed my initial ebay "sniff test" - the seller isn't newly registered, does have positive feedback from multiple(different) buyers going back more than just a couple of days, and (most importantly) the listing doesn't seem to be an exact copy of another listing by a well-established seller.
If you are that keen it is probably OK to risk buying it (as long as you pay by paypal so you get their buyer protection). Based on some of my recent experiences shipping may take a while and you may experience language communication difficulties if things go wrong.
If you do buy it keep us informed on how it goes.
