You need combats mate. Plenty of pockets then.
I have so many different configurations depending on what I'm carrying and what kind of pants (trousers) I'm wearing, I don't know where to start!
Whether it's "Combats" (or, not being a military themed country, we have Tradesman pants), heavy duty cloth with pockets enough to smuggle the wealth of China should be the mainstay of any man's wardrobe.
Oh, and levis should be for women, seriously, no one wants to see the "multitool" in your pocket.
I absolutely hate cargo-type pants. And I think that the guys that wear military-type pants without being in the military are just not right in the head. And try telling the founder of Levi's jeans that his pants are for women. Especially try telling all of the miners in the 1800's who were ripping holes in their slacks until Levi's jeans came into existance.

It seems that makes more sense than trying to squeeze everything into a pair of Levi's
I've been thinking of getting some of those cargo pants, but have absolutely no idea where to look (brands/stores/websites)...any leads?

That has changed as I've gotten older. In school I never wore cargos because I cared more about what other people thought of my appearance. Now that I'm older I care more about comfort and convenience. I still look pretty damned good too!
Well it ain't 1800 no more, today levi's is nothing more than just another brand that's rides the fasion wave.
The trouble with cargo pants for me is that I have short legs, so if I fill up those nice big pockets I have stuff banging into my knees.I much prefer painter's pants or overalls. Plenty of pockets, including some that are just the right size and shape for tools. The ones for painters come in white cotton, which is great because I can tiedye them!
(Image removed from quote.)how about this,it doesnt drop,it has lots of pockets,doesnt cost a fortune,is not military-freak coloured,and all.
Smitty can answer that in much better detail than I can,but I've seen them in navy blue, and orange.I believe the newer issue suits are Nomex
