So tonight I'm doing a 24hr bikeathon on a turbo trainer at a local store, so worked last night and 4hrs sleep so I'll be monster powered  :rofl:

It's a team event,I'm trying for 4hrs straight but might get a sore butt after 2hrs  ;) it's a charity event to get 5 terminally ill children to America to do a NASA experience for the gold award for the duke of edingborough award,  :salute:

Well I topped up over 50miles and got second in the speed challenge of 49,7mph highest was 50mph and has was half my age and on a higher geared racing bike so happy with that,but I feel honoured to help these amazing youngsters for fill there dream  :tu:

I did pretty much 4hrs with a couple of little gaps,not sure on my milage at the end as was so tired,was over 50miles  I got second place in the speed challenge of 49,7 mph a younger guy in a higher geared racing bike got 53mph I was happy but wish I had a higher outer ring  :D
