Day 2...

The Pro Scout is helping me with basement duty. Trying to clean it up some as it has been a mess since the move in.

First, it helped me tighten up a clamp on light base.  New lighting is in order, very dim down there!

Then, used it to twist the wire ties off of all the parts...

Now we're getting somewhere!

I'm not sure I'll complete this challenge. I really don't like the MP.

The Phillips head driver is waaay too short.  The blade is VERY awkward to open. Not sure why they put the nail nick on the wrong side, but it sucks.

I did use it for 2 days, but I don't enjoy the thought of using it. To me, the slider head and inside tools are not ideal...

The scissors only just fit in but rubs some. Will have to file it down a little bit.

Not sure where these parts came from. Middle and left are much the same. Right is different.

The end of the file has also been sharpened which comes in handy from time to time.

Day 2:

Time to replace coffee shots for Pumpkin Shots! I just carved the pumpkin with the Spyderco, but used the MP to cut the rope that kept closed the wooden box with the  pumpkins inside (there were people around so I wanted to use a smaller blade, slow to open and close)

Day 3...

Success and failure...

Success, tightened the screws on the seat of a stool at work.  The driver is very short, but it got the job done.

Failure!  Could not even slice up a radish!  The blade is all wrong for cutting anything like that...Bad engineering in my opinion.

Had to resort to my Kershaw...

I'm trying, I really am.  However, I am, so far, not impressed, nor happy, to be using that Gerber.
