Great user shots Mike  :tu:

How do you carry/EDC your mp600 ?
Cutting off the needlenose thereby reducing the length, made it more easy to carry.
I have mine sitting like this all day with a bikecycle inner tube (Comis style)

The shirt normally is covering the tool fine, but that would be a boring picture.
The dimensions on the inner tube could be optimized but it works. It will happen at some point.

I like your tube sheath. I don't wear a belt I carry MTs in my back pocket or a sheath with clip Nite Ize or Sog. I carry a bit adapter and some bits in a small pouch in my pocket.

Thanks guys :)

I have been drooling over every one-hander Gerber MT since we started this challenge. I don't no whats wrong with me, but the Center-Drive, mp600 ST and the Diesel ... seems very tempting  :ahhh
If the Gerbers just had pocket clips I would be all over them. Hopefully the remaining 25 days will break my sweet dreams  :D  ... and return conditions to normal.

I think I'd be happier with the Center Drive than the MP Pro Scout, but not enough to go buy one. LOL

Thanks, Poncho Troels the Center-drive is my favorite MT but that might change when I get my SOG Power Access. The Center-Drive is a special tool it set the bar a little higher. IT has good outside opening blade with a good outside opening very usable bit driver that does not need an extension or special bits. I think the Center-Drive is the next generation of MTs before long all the other MT manufacturers will be making their own version and this is coming from a Leatherman guy.

A one-hand opening blade - in this instance to cut plumber's tape - is sorely missed on the MP600.

I also miss my butterfly opening MTs :ahhh I usually open them up and only hold the one handle when using the longer tools like the knife or saw so that thw other handle.isn't in thw way and it also gives longer reach woth the Phillips but you can't do that with the MPs  :-\ Finding it more difficult with the other handle in the way to do certain tasks but not impossible to do them so there is that :D

This is also part of the challenge and the fun of the challenge :D It makes me stay with this MT through thick and thin throughout the month :o I would have likely given up already but so far the MP hasn't failed me  Almost a week in and I am enjoying the one handed pliers anyways :tu:

Must have rained hard last night in the hills behind us because today the river level came up over two metres.
Flow rate earlier in the week was under 2 cubic metres per second, that jumped up to 75.
Thankfully the rain is easing and the water levels have started to drop.

(Image removed from quote.)

The conclusion was that it effectively made the Spirit and unlocked MT correct
