I have a confession to make
on: April 03, 2017, 01:53:30 AM
I have carried a Skinth Trail Blazer in my shoulder bag for many years now.

It is fully loaded. Comes everywhere.

I can't remember the last time I used:
the LM bit sets, bit extender, exotac nanostriker,  or pocketwrench II...Even the Skeletool in it...but I usually have a blade on my person.

I feel shame.

I confess.

That's not good.      You keep that skeletool (cause I'll never use it) and send the rest over here to be put to work.   :D

Yep, I am thinking of going with less stuff. I usually have full tool boxes available in the vehicle...and my job has become more of desk job over the years.

It feels like I am missing out on fun. Adulting isn't as much fun as the brochure said it would be.

Tell me about it.  There are a lot more taxes and bills and a lot less quicksand and sudden lava flows than I was expecting.

Yes, much less treasure hunting in the wilderness and too much data entry.

Oooooh, we need Les Stroud to get bit by the treasure bug. A modern day Indiana Jones. Fowler won the season 3 of Alone. Wasn't there a famous Fowler Expedition in the Amazon that went missing g searching for the City of Gold?

happens to everyone. and as soon as you go lighter you'll miss that one item you took out
Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob

I might just put the TrailBlazer kit in the tool box. Pull the Flashlight out of it.

It would make the shoulder bag lighter.

Pocket carry the CRKT Minimalist. Bag carry the Flashlight and a bunch of other kaboodle.

Don't feel bad JP, I own a huge plethora of tools and gadgets and my pocket knives get carried more. In reality I really don't use my knives or tools as much as I wish I do. I'm a junkie who isn't much of a user lol
