Leatherman Surge Warranty Replacement

I've just had a replacement Surge through from Whitby & Co UK. Am I being to fussy about the main blade appearing bent and twisted and also the scissors are bent and difficult to deploy.

You are not being fussy if they are bent, take it back.

Thank guys, I've contacted Whitby and they apologized and have sent me a returns label to ship it back to them for replacements. Good service but it means waiting longer without my main EDC tool.
