Boker tech tool :County comm edition?

Long time SAK fan but always open to trying new stuff, got a email from county comm on a custom run of Boker plus tech tool. I wont lie...I'm interested but this is the first time I've really noticed the Tech Tool....whats the general word on these?

I believe the general consencius is that its good, not quite up to vic standards but close.
Great blade, nice clip. Rescue blade/screw driver combo tool is an accident waiting to happen.

Pretty much that.

Blade is brilliant, love it, so is the clip and the scales. The rest is sub-par.

It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.
