So it looks like they've just recently sold out online, I got one last night, but you could probably check your local shop and see if they have stock. SOG baton q3, I feel is the best models, was marked down to around $45 so I had to get it. Looks To be a innovative tool with a new fresh approach to multitool design. I'm stoked

I'm not sure what that "your pick" for $35.99 means exactly. Sound suspect. Because it says new for 49.99. Plus no returns.. eBay...  :think:

There's nothing to worry about. I posted the website because on Nov 28 three of my co-worker purchase one each for $38.24 and they received them yesterday. Not sure what do you mean about "your pick" hmm :think:

I'm not well enough versed in eBay to feel comforatable, especially when I don't understand the circumstances. I've never seen the "you pick" option. But when you click on new it shows a new one in a box, so not exactly sure what you're getting (or not getting) with that option.
