Had a very uncomfortable and painful night.
Wasn't until the clear water showed in the moka pot that I realized the coffee was still in the grinder.
The mountain run planned for today won't be happening.

Won't know until it's scanned. Does hurt like hell though. I am left handed but I have never had a sebenza.

  Get well soon. I would suggest taking a Turmeric Curcumin Complex derived from black pepper. The black pepper is a must. Have had knee issues at work and was seriously thinking I was going to have a problem staying employed.. Been taking these 2 to 3 times a day, and it took about 3 days before I noticed any effect.

  Have been taking this ever since, although heard you Aussies have a much better formula over your way!
