Bowies.....old and new.......

Some big knife eye candy for a Black Friday.........
Joseph Rodgers spear point circa 1870.
Manhattan Cutlery clip point. circa 1890
Cambridge Cutlery clip point .Not sure of the exact age but likely late 1800's.
Fred James Bowie circa 1960.Fred worked for Wostenholm and had a lot of their stamps and etch plates.

Really, really impressive!  Love them big knives!  I think what your son gave you was cute, probably something I'd get after a Rambo movie. :D

Thanks to all for the kind words.The knife even has barbs affixed to either side of the blade points to the rear.Might make for some really bad wounds when trying to remove from something(or someone).
