The angle of the photo is just absolutely wrong. Super busy this week. Going to redo photo this weekend. Does anyone like "MultiTool.Org is more than just knives"?

Day 8

No task for the Minchamp today, so just a group shot with its siblings, the Cadet and the Pioneer X.

I would just keep it simple. It's the handmade aesthetic that's so lovely about the original image you posted.  :tu:

This year, I think challenges were pretty well-chosen, given most so far are personal favorites. Today, since I was still moving furniture and such with the painting of my room, I added the Surge (to be used next month in the Surge challenge) for its pliers and bit kit.   I used its pliers and the bit driver with the Phillips bit from the bit kit a lot removing assorted stuff from the walls.   However, tonight when I changed into my sweatpants, the Surge was still in its sheath on my jeans, and I needed to put in a screw, so I used the MiniChamp and the SD tip of the ruler. Making the somewhat tight screw grip the shadowbox more tightly was no problem. I also used both blades, pen to open the medicine, Wharncliffe to sharpen a pencil.

These camo sheaths are nice for the cheap price LM was clearancing them out for (these were from 2011, and were originally sold with a matching Realtree Surge and hold everything shown, but I doubt they'll last longer than the standard Wave pouch. I'm putting them to the test with the Surge and ST300 challenges, and will be the main sheaths I will use, which will be the true longevity test.
