Fruit knives with silver & pearl handles.......

This is sort of a continuation of an earlier post of knives with fancy handles and bolsters.These knives for the most part are unmarked with a maker's name save for the sterling hallmarks.Many are marked COIN(indicating a .900 silver content vs.a .925 silver content for sterling) and some with just a number.Although I have a book that decodes sterling marks I really haven't bothered to date them.So without further ado here are a bunch of fruit knives.

Adding a few more to the post:
#1 The first pearl fruit knife I ever bought about 40 years ago.Not readily visible is a groove cut around the perimeter of the handles.
#2 Nice threaded bolsters.
#3 This one has it all:carved handles fitted with piquing(tiny silver pins inserted in a pattern);engraved blade and all in it's original purse(not shown).
#4 I think this one is French due to the crescent shaped nail mark and strange hall mark.

A few more:
#1The flaw in the pearl handle looks almost like a fingerprint.
#2 This is one of the smallest ones I have ever seen.Just over 2 1/2 inches long.
#3 a double end model with engraved handle(sadly the other side is missing).
#4 A very ornate handle.

A few more:
#1 A very ornately engraved blade and handles that show extensive wear(unusual for a fruit knife).
#2 This one may be USA made(very unusual hallmark)Initials are:"G.W. to M.E.W." Could it be George Washington to his wife Martha? Who knows?
#3 Fancy handles engraved,"Sophia T. Durant".This knife dates to the 1920's;near the end of the fruit knife's popularity.
#4 Another well worn one.
