Asking for a friend. :D

Well, I did a four year apprenticeship with the Health Board back in the early 90's that included going to College.  I hope there are still similar ways of doing it these days but I really don't know.

Just reading this now Mags.  Huge congratulations mate.   I've almost always enjoyed my career as a maintenance engineer and might even get back to it one day. :D  Are you joining a big team or is it all by yourself?
Cheers Gareth - it'll be a small team - a nice change from working on my own for the last 5 years.  :salute:

Yeah, doing every little thing by yourself can get old pretty easily.  Being part of a small team can be great fun.  :tu:

If there isn't a team name, Mags, I think you aught to suggest one. And, perhaps, design the t-shirts.

Not yet Wim

Badges, they'll need badges too  :D.

Of course. And I'll need to rank them from 'Best bezzy' to 'Worst enemy' and in between

And... Spirits!

I shall be introducing them all to the Spirit if they don't already have one. The guy who showed me around (Colin, soon to be known as Baps) had a MT on his belt that was 'just a cheap one'. Hmmmm

Oh dear Mags.

I thought you'd realised your presence here was the cooling rod that stopped Fuzzy from going critical !! How will we scram his pile if you're busy fixing the Universe University ?

But seriously and congrats - as others have said that's great news

Well obviously I'll still be looking after fuzzy when I'm not at work,  getting his tea, doing his bath time and a story before bed,  but you lot need to step up to the plate. I can't do it all on my own.

Mods, could you draw up a Fuzzy rota please? Then we can all sign up to it and maybe MTO won't go all Chernobyl on us

You will tell us where you get the protective clothing from please won’t you? I remember the last time one of us had to get Fuzzy under control. The staining was quite something.
