Also, note to self. There is no can opener on the EP, it is not a pioneer.  The electrician blade is sharp. Be more careful...

Nice Knives and uses.  The variety of all the different models that are being showcased is outstanding.:like:

Yeah, I just hate when it’s from being stupid. I’m so used to pushing the can opener open with my thumb. Completely forgot that on the electrician that bit is a wee bit more sharp  ::)

It *did* happen, but I guess I'm still feeling up for *this* one!  I'm planning on a 30 knife rotation as well. And should be able to bring what I need for a scheduled trip.

Another nice one!  :like:

Day 1 bonus
The Yeoman has had a busy afternoon.  It helped open a package, then cut some paracord and a ziptie to put a keyring on a flashlight, then open the door for changing an air filter.

Day 1

Visiting family this weekend, chose my trusty Golfer for the trip. It's one of my favorite and most frequently carried SAK's. Elegant, slim, efficient.
Very nice!  :tu:

Day 1 Starting with the Matterhorn plus, which will probably feature often in this challenge. No uses outside toothpick today, but there's no hurry. Great initial picks from everyone, and I'm anxious to see uses and additional tool entries.

Thanks Rapidray  :hatsoff:

On the small blade mistaken identity, I’ve done that too! Had been carrying a Yeoman for a while and used to deploying unsighted. Switched to Climber and with a lapse in concentration, forgot the Combo tool had become a little sharper...luckily just a minor nick on the thumb.

Will carry this Astronaut today. One of my favourite tool loads. Especially the smooth back with no hook.

Day 2

I carried an Outdoorsman today with a CRK leather slip, and used it to help assemble a small piece of Ikea furniture.  I grew up seeing many cigarettes on TV and billboards, though I am not a smoker and not suggesting it is good to smoke, seeing a Malboro ad on SAK is strangely nostalgic.

I've seen the watch openers before, but I've never seen a SAK with a seam ripper instead of a blade. It must be a rarity. If I was a tailor it would be a must have.

That Bernina is lovely - have tried and failed to get one in the past! Comis - never thought of that! I use a PBSwisstool bradawl for scale removal, but next time I’ll give the watch back remover a go! :tu:
