 :like: Very NICE!

THE SWAYBACK  HAS MY ATTENTION!

As does the Copperhead, Copperlock, and Tribal lock patterns.

Yes, I am addicted to pretty, oh! I forgot, Stockmans, Canoe, and Sod Busters.  Maybe seahorses Whittled or two!! :gimme:
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Much as I like buying vintage knives, I can't deny that there's something nice about getting something shiny and new. :dd:

So, if I'm reading my tang stamp right, this lovely piece as been hanging around since 2014 just waiting for me to buy it.  Initial impressions are mostly positive, but I have a few caveats.  No rubbing on the blade, but it is a hair off centre.  Lots of buffing compound on the scales, though an old toothbrush has taken are of that.  Horrible big burr on the blade but, again, easily fixed.  The pull on the blade is softer than I'd like and there isn't much I can do about that.  If all that sounds overly negative I will also say that it's very pleasing in the hand and in the pocket.

Those are the little things that in and of themselves aren't terrible but when added up its annoying.  On a new knife I just want to put it in my pocket and off I go.  That said, I'm glad you could easily take care of it all with ease.

Its a really lovely knife.  Conrats.

Terrible it left the factory in that condition.  Yet a beautiful knife.

Kinda like a potential husband, but you have a better chance to correct the flaws than the girl thinking I can change HIM!

This thread discussion has weakened my resistance.  I gave into today and made a trip to a CASE DEALER near me after I dropped my granddaughters off at Cheer practice.

I did my studies, search for Tony Bose designed  traditional knives.

A SOWBELLY in Autumn Orange, display model is only one, 02/16.  Matches the Tribal in my pocket.

Another Autumn Orange Tribal, 04/17, last one as well, a back or a gift?

A Navy Blue Tribal, 04/17,  also, only one!

Then a Navy Blue Sod Buster Jr, 06/21, priced less than a Black model. And last one of this color!!!

I might get myself one or two of those (a fitting color for me). FOMO can be a real smurf sometimes.

A nice pick-up from your local Case dealer! :tu:

Yes, especially their Blue scales.

The Swayback is Navy Blue peach seed.
The Cooperhead looks very good in Caribbean Blue.
Luv the warncliff blades as well.
