This thread has exploded with some very nice Case knives.

Congrats to the owners.

As much as I like natural handle materials, Kirinite has become an exception.

Here are 3 Cases from the Patriotic Series with Kirinite handles.

Kirinite is deceptive....it looks slippery, but in fact it grips back and does not slide in the hand.

Very nice...guess I need to go back and handle the Patriotic. I was thinking it looked slippery!

Here are 2 Cases that are special to me. The larger one is a Pattern 18 and I bought it new in 1980 and carried it for years. The smaller one is a Pattern 44 and a friend gifted it to me. It was made in 1988.

Here are 3 Case Medium Stockmans

The top one is from the Pocket Worn Series. The handle scales are polished at the factory to give it the smooth feel of a knife that has been carried for years.

The bottom 2 have G10 handles. The brown one is rough G10 and the black one is smooth G10.  I like the feel of the rough G10 the best when using.

Here are 3 from the American Workman Series.

The handles are Delrin and the blades are As-ground, so these are great every day users. The handles are durable and the blades don't show scratches as much as polished blades do.
