Victorinox Fisherman Deluxe
on: September 26, 2020, 04:08:54 PM
I am a fan of fishing knives, it is a way to unify my hobbies.
And when I saw this knife on ebay I did not think twice, it is a model that I did not have.
The seller said like new and it's true.
I believe it has been restored for sale.
Surely by Victorinox
I see it has modern Victorinox tools like 2mm blade.
Bolt Scissors
modern scales
stainless steel file
smooth corkscrew

and other old ones like punch without hole.

90 degree non-locking screwdriver
magnetic hook remover
without multipurpose hook.
full aluminum standoff
So I put some photos and I hope to read your opinions

Add that the leaves are completely new.
And that I am very happy because it is a model that I did not have.
Although the scales with embedded metail are missed.
I hope you like it.
Greetings

That is pretty cool. It looks like not much was saved. Like just the awl?

My guess is that assuming the restoration was done at Vx, that it was some time after ‘05 or so.

punch without hole.
Sorry, it's the translator's stuff
I guess I changed certain tools for a new one
the corkscrew I guess they had no choice but to change the leaves.
the stampa of the sheet is current.
Greetings

Seems like a factory restore.  At any rate, it's a lovely looking SAK, and you're happy with it.

I would say that it is factory, there are indicators that suggest that, for example the replacement of the blade and the corkscrew.
When changing the tool on one side they changed the other one for the thickness
