It would but they probably have spares around, you have to be less conspicuous.

that is the brilliant part of my plan. I'm the IT, I was the only one left in the office from IT and I'm the second when it comes to any network issues with the main engineer being being currently in self isolation. and unfortunately I can't risk using a 5e cable, meaning I'd have to go find a category 6 cable which would take a few hours since i'd miss the obviously labeled box "CAT 6". and no one could fault me as I was the last one monitoring our servers and had to be on video chat with way too many people

it might all be bs, but it is bs that people in office management will buy. and i know that because i once said that red network cables are better because they allow for greater speeds and now a lot of directors insist on red network cables for their offices.

Day 12
It's halftime at the Army Navy game and I've got my Doritos and chicken wings and a cherry coke with just a splash (or two) of rum.  Oh and the Mountaineer too.  Go Navy!

Although they’re better after a slight grind to widen them, which was the first thing I did to my new Spirit.

How sweet

Wool socks are almost awl I ever wear. Year round. But definitely a good idea for Winter sandal wear--think "mittens".   :D

I have had the toe of a sandal catch on a branch. That's less likely with these closed toe designs, but I've still managed to get myself poked in the foot by a branch. I do try to be a bit more careful about where I stick my feet when wearing sandals.

And in rattlesnake country.....boots start to look like a really good idea, too.  :o

Wool socks are definitely important.

Sandals can be dangerous with getting poked or scuffing the toe, but I still love them.

Day 12:
I used the Mac-multitool in my edc-kit to cut thru some film covering washer fluid for the Kadjar.
Whilst I was outside happily doing that and checking oil and fluids on the GMT400 wifey pulled out my Swiss Tool to pry out some furniture nails. Now, this should've been a job for the Guppie but since I had no part of this I don't think my kit failed me (the prpb. of not having included a flash light has been reported earlier ;) )

I think flashlights are often overlooked as part of edc.  I find mine about on pair with a SAK as importance.  Nowadays a small keychain light can be bright enough for almost any need.

I actually quite like Tevas, and remembered it was once really popular and felt like every every other guy was wearing one.

I am sure it could open boxes just fine and am surprised to see how it could be sharp enough to even break down boxes!  That's pretty cool use!

It is not as good as the Spirit’s combo tool or a knife, but it can get the job done and saves the dulling of the blade.

Day 13

So far used the manager’s nail cleaner after mowing the yard, didn’t think it’d be as effective as it was, usually use the pointed one on the cadet.

Cactus was in full bloom this morning so here’s a close up first, a lot nicer than the close up of my nails :pok:
