For that, I'd say silk. There are some ties made of wool, too, but silk looks best.

I like the orange and the black but having only one vote I went with black.

Orange looks friendly and is unusual on SAKs, so I would pick the orange scales.

And i know this is not going to help at all, but basic factory stock red is the only color for a cellidor SAK for me...  :pommel:

I have a dilemma, If I vote for the Orange and Glowie I am voting against the small chance I could get them myself.
But I definitely think they are the best.
Oh well, guess I'll just have to be satisfied with one of the others. Orange gets my vote.

Black: boring

Orange: not bright enough

Yellow:  too common.

Purple is the color of royalty. Purple  is fun and different.  I vote purple.

I went with black, I like to think of my Compact less as a "work-horse", and more of a "social" knife.  You know, one to have on hand to open a beer, wine, or to help if there's a nail emergency and  trimming/filing is necessary.  The black would be right at home in a formal occasion.  If there ever is such a thing again!

Well, I am calling it!

Results are as follows:

Purple with white cross
5 (11.6%)

Yellow with red cross
15 (34.9%)

Black with glow in the dark cross

Orange with glow in the dark cross
16 (37.2%)

Looks like Orange just beat out Yellow by a very slim margin, with Purple bringing up the rear!

To be honest, if I had a Thunder Purple XE6, I'd have put the purple scales on the Compact and enjoyed my all Purple EDC!  But, I didn't, and now it is time for someone else to get the other three pairs!
