Are we allowed mods?  'cos I've always reckoned this Cadet mod was pretty cool.  8)

Yes, all are welcome. That is an awesome mod.

I can't figure out the rules here.   :dunno:

Here's my collection of "inkies".
Clockwise from left: Classic SD, Executive, Climber, Explorer, Deluxe Explorer Plus (Explorer + pliers mod), Swiss Champ, Traveler

If I had to pick a coolest, it would be a toss up between the mod (I built it myself) and the Swiss Champ (great all-arounder).

I read it as Grant challenging inkster to a coolest SAK contest, but it looks like everyone else read it differently. :pok:

That's the way it started, but the plan was to sucker others into joining in so it worked out fine.

I mean really, who is going to complain about a thread full of SAK porn?  :D

Or at least as good as someone addicted to SAK porn can feel.

Yep, I’m also one of the suckers into posting black SAKs

Let’s try something different.

When I initially got these, the other models were still using the side slide lock instead of the newer liner lock.

:woohoo:

About 15 years ago or so the HSN sold alox farmers in pairs or red and silver and blue and silver.  This is a blue one from one of the blue and silver sets.  I believe these were the first blue modern alox farmers. I also believe it was the same for the red alox as well. Of course there is a great chance that I am mistaken!

I have a blue farmer from the same timeframe, and I believe mine was from a set that featured a blue farmer and a silver Victorinox flashlight that was made by Inova, based on the X2.
