$20 Leatherman Rev at Home Depot
on: February 24, 2022, 11:04:08 PM
I had to return some stuff to Home Depot, and I couldn't resist browsing for new multi-tools. The best offering was a Leatherman Rev for $20. I didn't buy one (though I may go back and get one), but maybe some of y'awl are interested.

The $20 deal occurred last month in the Raleigh/Durham area. I was able to snag one. I missed out on $50 Waves.

Is it like clearance / closeout or something?  :o I thought LMT has MAP with big retailers like HD.

I didn't see any of those, but at $50?  :gimme:

I'm not sure if it's a closeout, excess inventory, or just that they're running a special. The acronym MAP is also unfamiliar to me.

It was/is a closeout. Home Depot is no longer selling Leatherman in my local stores and online.

No worries. Having been in Navy aviation, I'm very used to acronyms!
